How do we work with clients?

For convenient communication, we assign you a personal client manager who accompanies communication with you and your team. We can communicate with you in the way that suits you, but predominantly in groups in Telegram or Whats app channels.

The client manager’s task is to create a positive client experience for you in cooperation with our company’s experts. He takes your orders and organizes communication with the expert. Depending on the complexity and urgency of the task, you will be contacted as quickly and conveniently as possible online or by phone.

Our customer service is on call with you from 9.00 to 18.00 daily, except weekends and public holidays.
